We are fully regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) as fully independent mortgage advisers and as such we give unbiased advice on the whole of the UK residential mortgage market (the FSA does not regulate buy-to-let mortgages).

We operate principally in the area of residential housing, although we also arrange mortgages for the purchase and refinancing of commercial properties.
During the last 18 years, we have sourced finance for numerous clients ranging from £30,000 up to well over £3,000,000, with Bank Base Rates varying over the 18 year period from 11% down to 0.5%.
